David Wilson Homes East Midlands (‘David Wilson Homes’) is delighted to promote the residential development of land west of Swinehill, Harlaxton. An outline planning application is currently being prepared for the site, with the aim of securing permission for the development of up to 200 dwellings, consisting of a mix of market and affordable along with publicly accessible open space.

David Wilson Homes wish to engage with the local community to present our proposals for the site and seek your views prior to submitting a planning application to South Kesteven District Council (‘SKDC’) in the coming weeks.

This public consultation event sets out their initial design proposals as well as the technical and environmental considerations which have informed the proposed design. David Wilson Homes are keen to engage with the local community and all other stakeholder parties before finalising the proposals and submitting a planning application in the coming weeks.
